Red Bull Racing dominated Friday's British Grand Prix. At Silverstone Sebastian Vettel set the fastest time in both sessions, followed by his teammate Mark Webber. The two of the Anglo-Austrian team made the most of the technical innovations brought to England.

Sebastian Vettel
“Overall it was a good day for both of us. I don't know what happened to Mark at the end of the second session, but in any case we went through our program without problems. We were able to do a lot of laps and collect a lot of data. The new components brought here seem to work well, which is a good sign, but on Fridays it's always difficult to know when you're really fast. I think we have taken a step forward and, just like our team slogan, Red Bull gives you wings, they supported us today with our performance on the track."

Mark Webber
“It was a particularly good day for us: we tried several new things here, which seem to go quite well. We tested both sets of tires and we need to analyze the data tonight. My second session ended a little early as I hit a curb at Turn 5 which caused the car's electronics to stop. Silverstone is a spectacular circuit and it has always been phenomenal to race there in Formula 1. I was lucky, I spoke to some fans when I stopped on the track and they told me that the car looked incredible, it's nice to see that they enjoy it ' what are we doing".
