Mercedes passed crash tests for 2011

Mercedes also passed the mandatory FIA crash tests with its 1 F2011 car. Just in the last days of 2010 it became known that Ferrari's new single-seater had already passed crash tests at a CSI facility near Milan.

This week the French commentator Jean-Louis Moncet wrote in his editorial that the Mercedes W02 was subjected to the same checks.

Furthermore, according to Moncet, Paul di Resta will soon be announced as Adrian Sutil's partner at Force India while Nico Hulkenberg should take on the role of third driver.
