Lotus delays debut

Lotus E23 Test Jerez – This morning it should have been in full swing at the Jerez de la Frontera circuit to face the first day of pre-season testing and instead the new one Lotus by that time it was on its way from England still to be assembled and refined in view of its real debut scheduled for Tuesday.

" E23 it went through an aggressive and tight construction process, which is why I would define it as the most technically advanced of those produced so far in Enstone – declared the technical director Nick Chester – As soon as we are ready from an engineering point of view we will send it on track. We turned it on at the factory this Saturday and the feedback was positive, so we are eagerly awaiting the most important feedback."
