Formula 1 is subjected to frozen water balloons: Massa challenges Alonso and Ricciardo

La Ice Bucket Challenge infects the world of Formula 1 and its protagonists. It has happened to actors, comedians, politicians, motorcyclists, actors and now even the heroes of the wheel. The Ice Bucket Challenge is a planetary challenge who sees VIPs in the field and not who film themselves while throwing a bucket of water and ice on their heads. The real challenge is to challenge three other people to do the same within the next 24 hours. The initiative was born last July 15th when Chris Kennedy, a golfer from Florida, received the challenge from a friend. The goal is simple: to promote research against Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis given that those challenged will be forced either to take up the challenge or to opt out with a donation to support research.

After Rubens Barrichello, who subjected himself to torture, it was also Felipe Massa's turn. The Brazilian driver has challenged Fernando Alonso and Daniel Ricciardo: if the Australian has said that he will do penance in Belgium, no tweet has yet been sent from the Spaniard. The ALS Association, the association that receives donations from participants, has already collected more than that since last July 15 million dollars while last year they had benefited from a few tens of thousands in the same period.
