F. Massa: 1st 1:34.11.435 – 71 laps chassis 269
K. Raikkonen: 3th 1:34.27.670 + 16.235 71 laps chassis 271
Weather: air temperature 25/26 °C, asphalt temperature 26 °C, overcast skies, rain at the beginning and end of the race.

Felipe Massa won the Brazilian Grand Prix and Kimi Raikkonen finished in third place. Thanks to this result, Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro won the Constructors' Championship for the sixteenth time in its history, the eighth in the last ten years. Felipe achieved his eleventh victory in 106 races, the second in his home race. For Ferrari this is success number 209 in 776 Grands Prix, the tenth in this race. The two Ferrari drivers finished second and third in the Drivers' Championship, with the Brazilian missing the title by one point.

Stefano Domenicali: "Today was an incredible day and we are happy with what we did. Eight out of ten: it was the objective that President Montezemolo had given us at the beginning of the season and we achieved it, at the end of a championship difficult and complicated, full of twists and turns. The whole team - those on the track and those at home always working with great intensity - deserves compliments for what they did. Of course, the regret for not having seen Felipe crown the His dream is there, especially given how the race went, but I believe that days like these are still important. Felipe has grown a lot, year after year, demonstrating talent and personality, responding with the pedal and with the head those who criticized him. He had an extraordinary season and deserved the title. Sport is like that, sometimes cruel: last year we won the Drivers' title by one point, this time it was the opposite. I want to do congratulations to Hamilton, the new world champion. I want to conclude by first of all thanking President Montezemolo, who has always been close to us, especially in the most difficult moments. Then our technical and commercial partners and, obviously, the FIAT Group, of which we are proud to be part."

Felipe Massa: "It was an emotional day. We did everything perfectly and we almost managed to do it. Then, when I had already crossed the finish line, Rob told me that Hamilton was fifth and that therefore the title went to him one point. Sport is made of these things and we must accept it. Congratulations to Lewis: whoever scores the most points deserves the title. I am very proud of the whole team and of those who have given me their support during this fantastic season. Today we must be happy for what we did: we brought home the Constructors' title and I know how important it is for the team. It was a season of ups and downs and we learned a lot, from the good things and from our mistakes. I leave Interlagos with my head held high because I won once again in front of my fans and because this is a day that will remain unforgettable. Now I want to celebrate with my family, my friends and my team: we deserve it!"

Kimi Raikkonen: "I'm happy for the team, which managed to win the Constructors' title, and I'm sorry for Felipe, who lost the title by just one point. This is racing and we have to get over it. I'm particularly pleased for Stefano, in his first year as team principal: I know how much pressure he has to bear and I think this result repays him anyway. My race wasn't particularly exciting. At the start the track was wet especially in the first three corners, where I was very careful not to make any mistakes. Then the first set of dry tires gave me a lot of understeer and I struggled to keep up with the leaders. With the second set things gradually improved and I managed to get back under Alonso. Then when we having switched to wet tires I got very close to him but the team told me to avoid any risks because Felipe could have had a chance of winning and so I gave up on attacking. A not positive season ends for me but I will do everything to make up for it next year."

Luca Baldisserri: "Last year we won both titles at the last race, this year we lost one a few meters from the end. We had a perfect race, without making the slightest mistake even in difficult conditions, with the rain protagonist at the beginning and at the end. Having won the Constructors' title once again represents a great result, which confirms that this team, also considering all the changes that have occurred in the last two years, remains the best. I want to congratulate Felipe, author of yet another extraordinary race: he had a fantastic season, as a driver and as a person."
