Apple towards the purchase of F1?

For now it is just a rumor circulated by the British media but apparently among the possible buyers of the F1 put up for sale by ecclestone and from the American CVC which has held the commercial rights since 2006, there would also be the Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),.
The IT giant founded in 1976 by the late Steve Jobs would in fact have knocked on the Circus' door to strengthen its diversification efforts on the global market.
In particular, through this agreement the US company would like to make a splash with the Apple TV service, a service launched in 2015 but never entered the hearts of "apple" users.
In the background there would also be the intention to develop and create a totally electric car with consequent entry into the FIA World Council.
