Kubica wants F1 back

The Pole preferred to use the rally as a training ground rather than dedicate himself to other track categories

Kubica wants F1 back

Robert Kubica he continues to dream of F1 and although, apparently, the test done in recent weeks on the Mercedes simulator has confirmed his temporary inability to have full control of the steering wheel, he rightly doesn't give up and refuses any alternative on the track other than the Circus.

“For me the priority is to get back as fit as possible – he reiterated to Autosport – At the moment I am not yet able to get back into a single-seater, but I also have no intention of dedicating myself to sedans. I don't want to underestimate the DTM which is a very high level championship with at least ten drivers who can aim for victory, but I have other projects in mind and I'm doing everything I can to achieve them. Maybe one day I will race there, in the GT, or in other similar series, but it will be when I feel the right time has come. I am young and I believe I can still achieve something in motorsport, at least I will try to do my best. Right now I have no guarantees about my chances; what I know is that I'm going through a difficult time because I would like to be in F1 and at 100% and instead the reality is different. I would need a bit of luck and motivation, which I think I already possess anyway, to continue working and thus be able to pick up where I left off before the accident."
