Karthikeyan is hoping for support from Indian fans in Malaysia

Narain Karthikeyan is yet to race his first race of the year as HRT failed to qualify in Australia and hopes to do well in Malaysia where he will be supported by many Indians.

“I like everything about Malaysia, from the cuisine to the people. I have wonderful memories on this track: in 2005, the year of my last Grand Prix held here, I remember that many people from India came to follow me and support me and I hope it can be repeated” declared Karthikeyan.

“Sepang is a very demanding track, both for the driver and for the car, it will be an excellent test for our car which I believe has excellent margins for improvement. The problem is that only by trying on the track can we improve and if we are not able to get people to participate and complete the races, it will also be difficult to develop the improvement project. I've worked hard to get my body to a level where I won't have a meltdown in Malaysia and I'm confident
for this race” concluded the Indian driver.
