Irvine invites Hamilton to move to Ferrari

Eddie Irvine has urged the new world champion, Lewis Hamilton, to move to Ferrari as soon as possible. "He could win another couple of titles at McLaren and is loyal to Ron Dennis but at some point he will have to move to Ferrari" the former Maranello team driver told Virgin Media.

"I've been there and I've seen that it's a totally different team from the others," added Irvine. The British press has meanwhile hypothesized a doubling of the salary for the young world champion in view of 2009.
