The FIA has asked all Formula 1 teams to provide any information they may have on Jules Bianchi's accident at Suzuka as part of the investigation opened by the Federation.
The FIA Accident Panel is continuing its investigations and race director Charlie Whiting has already forwarded his report to the head of the panel, Pter Wright, president of the FIA Safety Commission.
The FIA's general secretary for motor sport, Jean-Louis Valentin, sent an email to all F1 teams to warn them that Wright may contact them in the coming weeks and asked them to provide any information relating to the circumstances of the accident.
