The Austin circuit risks losing its promoter and organizer Tavo Hellmund
di alessandra2 October 2011
There are fears about the organization of the US Grand Prix, given that it appears that the promoter Tavo hellmund, the true force and soul behind the Austin circuit project, is close to being replaced.
Work at the track has visibly slowed, according to the Austin American Statesman. It is therefore suggested that the promoter or in any case the management of the event be replaced, after Susan Combs wrote to the F1 boss on the matter.
This letter was written after Hellmund repeatedly asked Combs whether a change in management would jeopardize the funding promised by the Texas government.
Bernie Ecclestone and Hellmund did not give any kind of response in this regard, not responding to emails or calls.
