Hulkenberg: “I've already raced once at night but not in Singapore”

Nico Hulkenberg, Williams' 2010 rookie, relieved thanks to the latest good results, approaches the F1 Singapore Grand Prix with new apprenticeship intentions which will hopefully help him run a good race.

“Things went well in Monza and I feel comfortable with F1 now and our car is helping me to do better from race to race, I'm definitely doing better and I hope, before the end of the championship, to do a few more point as a gift to all the men who work for the team.

It will be my first time in Singapore, a completely new track that I learned about thanks to the simulator.

I have already raced at night with the GP2 Asia in 2009 so I know how important it can be to get the correct vital rhythms in order not to have problems: it is essential to go to sleep in the middle of the night and wake up around midday so as not to be affected during the weekend of competition.

All my colleagues speak very positively about this appointment, I think it will be exciting but I can't wait to be able to experience it first-hand” concluded Hulkenberg.
