Horner wants Webber to fight for the title

Christian Horner has insisted a priority for Red Bull is to get Mark Webber back into title contention. Mark's world championship started badly in Australia, but then he seemed more competitive in Sepang. In the sister RB7, Sebastian Vettel has had a fantastic start to the season with two wins from pole.

Horner told Corriere della Sera: “The only problem is how to get Mark back among the contenders. He is one of the strongest riders and I know he will return to form”, also praising the fourth place obtained in Malaysia despite a four stop strategy. But no one doubts that the most important men at Red Bull at the moment are Vettel and Newey, and Horner refused to say which of the two is more important: “There is no answer. We need both. We want to win our way, creating a Red Bull legacy. Lewis Hamilton wasn't wrong when he said we're just a soft drink manufacturer. So far, so good. It's nice to win, like Benetton did, which was just a sweater manufacturer.”
