Horner: “Vettel is free to dream of Ferrari”

Christian Horner did not want to publicly rebuke world champion Sebastian Vettel for admitting he dreams of a future at Ferrari.

The 23-year-old driver's contract is valid until the end of 2011 and although Red Bull is openly intent on renewing it, Vettel has recently winked at Ferrari on several occasions.

Even though Seb grew up at Red Bull and is the team's first world champion, team manager Horner said he does not intend to ask him to keep certain opinions to himself: “One thing we encourage is freedom of expression and this kind of thing, so it's right that Sebastian has his opinions,” reports Press Association Sport.

“I believe that every driver at some point in their career wants to drive for the Red Team, and we certainly won't impose our will on them,” added Horner.
