Horner: “The new rules, an opportunity for teams like Red Bull”

Among those who are convinced of this thesis is Christian Horner, head of the Red Bull team, who released the following statements to Autosport: “With the limitations that are about to be applied, all contenders will basically have the same tools at their disposal. As far as we are concerned, there is a consolidated underlying strength in the people who work with us and in our infrastructure. However, since we are not manufacturers, we are lacking in the fields of research, development and analysis, but with these regulatory changes all this becomes irrelevant.
