Charles Leclerc will take to the track in free practice for the Brazilian and Abu Dhabi Grands Prix, the penultimate and final round of the 2016 Formula One World Championship. Through his official Twitter channel, the standard bearer of the Ferari Driver Academy has made it official that he will return to the wheel of the VF16 and that he will try to make up for the session lost during the Malaysian Grand Prix. In Kuala Lumpur, in fact, the team decided to send the starters out on track given the new asphalt of the Malaysian facility, postponing the Monegasque's commitment to a later date.

For Leclerc it is yet another "test run" since this winter, during the in-season tests on the Silverstone track, he climbed aboard the VF16. The Monegasque is doing an excellent job on the simulator, not to mention the super season in GP3 with the colors of ART, and the opportunities granted by Gene Haas' team could prove fundamental for a future in Formula One.
