Haas, the 2018 car will be presented online
Grosjean will debut the American team's new car
As happened in the past two seasons, the team Haas will reveal the new 2018 car online, shortly before the start of winter testing in Barcelona.
This was revealed by a spokesperson for the American team on the F1Today.net website: “The Haas team is planning an online presentation before the winter tests, but the date will only be revealed at a later time. In the morning of 26 February we will present the car physically, giving photographers and television channels the opportunity to see it live."
The honor of bringing the new born to its debut will fall to Romain Grosjean, who will take to the track on February 26, the opening day of the winter tests in Barcelona, and then alternate with teammate, Kevin Magnussen. One day each for the two standard bearers of the American team, with the Frenchman driving on Monday and Wednesday. The same line-up was also confirmed for the second test session, with the difference that the first to get into the car will be the Dane.
However, the possibility that Haas could carry out a filiming day before the tests, in order to resolve all those small problems that could occur when the car debuts, as happened last season, is still to be defined.
