United States GP: Qualifying postponed to Sunday at 15.00 pm, Italian time

After a two and a half hour wait there FIA has officially declared that, barring a sudden change in weather conditions in the next thirty minutes - i.e. by 23.00pm Italian time - the Qualifications of the United States Grand Prix they will take place on Sunday morning at 9.00, before the race, 15.00 pm in Italy.
