GP Singapore, Free Practice 1 delayed due to problems on the track

Free practice 1 of the Singapore GP was postponed by half an hour due to problems with some curbs on the track.
In particular, the stewards removed the curbs at the exit of turns 3 and 14, authorizing the drivers to use the asphalt even beyond the white line at the exit.
The start of the tests, therefore, was postponed from 12 to 12.30, up to 13.30. Therefore, half an hour was removed from the total time available.
