GP Monza – It's Hamilton again in second free practice

The second free practice session in Monza was a carbon copy of the first Lewis Hamilton capable of marking the territory thanks to a 1'24"279 which put him once again ahead of everyone.

Behind him, but this time by just 21 thousandths, Nico Rosberg, followed by a Sebastian Vettel who had deceived the many fans of the Red team when in the middle of the session he managed to make a move albeit on soft tyres.

Force India remained in good shape with Sergio Perez fourth ahead of teammate Nico Hulkenberg.

Kimi Raikkonen was still sixth, also capable of showing some flashes of competitiveness.

From the top ten are the Lotus duo Romain Grosjean, protagonist of an inconsequential exit at the Ascari, and Pastor Maldonado, as well as the Williams duo with Valtteri Bottas ahead of Felipe Massa.

The Saubers of Felipe Nasr and Marcus Ericsson instead entered just behind the ten, then Daniel Ricciardo, immediately in trouble with the gearbox stuck in first gear due to a hydraulic failure, Max Verstappen on Toro Rosso, author of a small blunder at the first chicane and Carlos Sainz.

Fernando Alonso placed his McLaren in sixteenth place following the Manors of Will Stevens and Roberto Merhi.

Penultimate Jenson Button, with only three laps in his pocket due to technical reasons. Last Daniil Kvyat on RB11 busy mainly with the mediums and therefore with the long runs.
