Monaco GP: on the Ferrari SF70H there is a very high downforce package

Ferrari showed up on the city track in Monaco without any significant changes compared to the one brought to the track in the last round in Barcelona. Compared to Spain, the car was adapted to the characteristics of the Monegasque track, therefore with high downforce wings and a double monkey seat revised compared to previous events.

BARCELONA NEWS CONFIRMED
As you can see from the photos below, the developments introduced on the Montmelo route have been confirmed. Flow diverters have blowholes at the top of the bargeboards. Modification aimed at improving aerodynamic efficiency thanks to the blowings which energize the air flow directed towards the rear.

Confirmed is the double biplane T-Wing whose upper profiles are useful for generating aerodynamic load while the lower ones act as flow diverters to maximize the generation of aerodynamic load through the upper profile.

THE NEWS ARE AT THE REAR
At the rear, to further increase the aerodynamic load, it was decided to use the double monkey seat solution. Both profiles, compared to what we have seen in these first seasonal races, have been modified precisely to increase the downforce load which, on this track, is fundamental.
