European GP, Glock misses qualifying
The German stopped by stomach problems
di Staff23 June, 2012
Timo Glock will not take part in qualifying for the European GP in Valencia due to an intestinal infection. The Marussia driver has been feeling unwell since Thursday but yesterday he managed to get on track for free practice.
After this morning's free practice, however, the German suffered problems again and decided not to qualify for tomorrow's race.
“Timo has been struggling with stomach pains since Thursday,” the team said in a statement.
At the moment a decision has not yet been made for tomorrow's race.
