Bahrain GP ruined in the first laps for Force India

It was a particularly disappointing Bahrain GP for Force India, not very incisive with both drivers and far from the points zone.

“I got off to a bad start and was late at Turn 1. Subsequently I found myself sandwiched between three/four cars. I hit someone, damaging the front wing of my VJM09, so I had to pit immediately on the first lap. From there I tried to recover by maintaining the two-stop strategy, however between the traffic and the duels with the rivals the tires began to suffer from high degradation. Partly due to all these problems, our true step has not emerged” – he declared Nico Hulkenberg, 15 °.

“It wasn't a great weekend for me. At the start I recovered numerous positions but on lap 2 I collided with Sainz. From that moment on my journey was uphill even though the potential was top ten. I also noticed a significant wear of the tires which we will have to analyze at the factory” – the analysis of Sergio Perez, 16 °.
