Giancarlo Fisichella: Monaco is my favorite circuit

The last race in Spain was quite encouraging. What is your outlook after 10 days?
Giancarlo Fisichella: "Spain was a pretty good race for us. In my first stint, after the tire change, I fought with Nakajima, Kubica and Piquet and then in the last stint I set the fastest lap. In Overall the car worked well, the pace was encouraging and I think we can be quite happy with how it went. The adjustable front wing made things easier and with the next changes I think we will be competitive for second part of the season."

Giancarlo, Monaco is an eagerly awaited event..
Giancarlo Fisichella: "Yes, definitely. For me, the Principality is the best circuit in the world, one of my favourites, phenomenal corners and the fans so close to the cars make the atmosphere special. It is definitely the best place to celebrate a victory I had some good results: I celebrated my 200 grand prix, I was on the podium in 1998 and 2000, in 2007 I came fourth."

What outcome do you think is realistic this year?
Giancarlo Fisichella: "Realistically this year, scoring points will be difficult and overtaking will be even more difficult. Getting a good result will still be my goal. We have an updated aerodynamic package and I'm sure it will help us, but the race will be a lottery and therefore you also need a lot of luck."
