Fry: “I expect to see problems with the cooling system and front wing”

Secondo Pat Fry the first tests of 2014 may reserve surprises and headaches due to the teams' choice to concentrate on the preparation of the single-seater in general to the detriment of some specific elements of primary importance in the past.

“I think we are all focusing essentially on the development of the car, leaving aside, for example, the cooling system to which we have dedicated huge resources and time in recent seasons – the reflection of the chief of engineers Ferrari reported by Autosport – I therefore believe that we will see many problems of that kind during the first tests also because what is required is quite demanding to put into practice. Another critical aspect will certainly be the front wing. I remember in 2009 when we had to enlarge it, on that occasion it was a real disaster at first."
