Despite the renewal negotiations for the next three years, Toto Wolff has not ruled out a move for Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari in the future. According to the Executive Director of Mercedes, in fact, the Englishman has the possibility of signing another contract after the one currently being drawn up and according to him it is not excluded that the Scuderia di Maranello could put forward a proposal to secure the services of the reigning World Champion. Hamilton, we remember, is negotiating a three-year agreement, which is why this discussion refers to the 2021 season, but it still remains a very interesting point of view given that these statements come from one of the leading figures of the Brackley team.

Here are the words of Lewis Hamilton: "Lewis is the best driver of the modern generation. Obviously I would like to keep him with us for as long as possible, but it's hard to say now. At the moment we are thinking about renewing, but for the future I think he has the possibility of signing another contract. With us? Who knows, Ferrari has a unique charm and it would be difficult to decline a call. In any case Lewis is happy with us and we look forward to extending the current agreement.
