Formula 1 | Toro Rosso, Gasly: ​​“Honda has shown that the engine is okay”

The encouraging responses received from the power unit Honda in the first week of testing in Barcelona, ​​they reassured the Toro Rosso compared to what happened in the last three years at this point of the year. Intercepted by crash.net, Pierre Gasly believes that the Japanese company is starting to silence the skeptics: “I think we've proven that the engine is fine. Toro Rosso is working hard with Honda in terms of communication to have the best possible package. We have a common goal: we work as a team, not as two different teams, I think that's something really positive".

Although the STR13 put the STRXNUMX to the test at Montmeló, with excellent results, thereliability of the Honda engine (93 laps completed on the first day, 147 on the last), there is no shortage of aspects that need to be addressed: "We still have a lot to improve" – admitted the Frenchman. “There are still some things that need to be worked on, I think like every team, but so far it's been great working with them.
