Formula 1 | Toro Rosso welcomes Gasly: “Happy to work with him again”

In a tweet published this morning on the team's social channels, Toro Rosso announced the return of Pierre Gasly to the Scuderia di Faenza, underlining how the team is happy to work with the now former Red Bull driver again.
Gasly, we remember, was hired by Toro Rosso at the end of the 2017 season, replacing Daniil Kvyat, and continued his commitment until the end of 2018. A year full of satisfactions which allowed him to earn the Red Bull seat .
The terrible performances of this championship, however, did not allow him to maintain his role in Milton Keynes, I expect which made him slip back into the Red Bull satellite team.
A dangerous move by Helmut Marko which, as happened with Kvyat in 2017, risks burning him not only from a market point of view, but also from a mental one. We'll see how the Frenchman manages to get out of this difficult situation.
