Formula 1 Test | Williams, Kubica: “The rain didn't allow us to test anything important”
Russell: "It was a positive session despite the circumstances"
di Peppe MarinoApril 2, 2019
Important day for Williams to try to recover something from their rivals, but unfortunately the rain limited this day of testing also for the Grove team. Despite this Kubica and Russell managed to bring home some interesting data.
“There's not much to say because we were unlucky with the weather – Kubica admitted. We managed to complete some runs and collect some data, but unfortunately we weren't able to prove anything."
“Everything was limited this morning due to bad weather, we didn't expect it to rain in Bahrain – Russell said. However we managed to do some good tests and acquire valuable data that we can use to optimize the FW42. All in all it was a positive session despite the circumstances."
