Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow's two-day test in Barcelona ended with another 247 laps. Antonio Fuoco and Charles Leclerc were busy on the track today. The Italian driver drove for the team, while the Monegasque made himself available to Pirelli to develop the tyres.

Morning. In the first four hours of the day, Charles completed 73 laps at the wheel of his SF90, achieving a best time of 1'18”666, while Antonio completed 60 passes. The Italian driver faced the first laps without pushing too much to regain confidence with the car after having completed many kilometers on the simulator. For Fuoco it was the first time on a single-seater of this generation since the last test for him dates back to 2016, when the technical specifications were quite different. Antonio ran with different tires (C2 and C3) and tested some specific elements in a series of short runs to continue the car's development program and as a supplement to the simulator work. His best time was 1'18”182.

Afternoon. In the second part of the day Leclerc continued to test the rubber solutions brought to Barcelona by the sole tire supplier, some already for 2021, while Fuoco concentrated on a series of long runs which allowed him to collect further useful data for the understanding SF90. Charles completed 127 laps (591 km), dropping to 1'17”349, while Antonio completed 120 laps (559 km) also using C4 compound tyres. His best result was 1'17”284.

Towards Munich. In the two days of track testing, the Scuderia Ferrari Mission Winnow covered 512 laps, equal to 2.383 kilometres. The team will return to the track on Thursday next week, for free practice for the Monaco Grand Prix, the sixth race of the 2019 season and Charles Leclerc's home race.
