Formula 1 | Zandvoort's chances in the world championship are reduced: "Difficult operation"

In an interview given to some Dutch media, Bernhard van Oranje spoke about the possible arrival of the Circus on the Zandvoort track, underlining how an operation of this type is difficult to implement. Despite the arrival of Max Verstappen, in fact, the costs of managing a global event remain enormous and Holland is currently unable to cover Liberty Media's requests. The negotiation is proceeding on its own track, but according to van Oranje there will hardly be a happy ending.

Here are the words of the Dutch Manager: “We're talking about Liberty Media, but the chances of success are not great. Many countries are willing to pay any price for Formula One. The fee for Liberty Media is around $20 million, but no circuit produces this kind of profit. Liberty wants European races, but markets like Mexico are much more interesting for them. As a promoter we will try to do our best, but we know it's really difficult."
