Formula 1 | Renault, the third Aitken driver on track at Suzuka for the Pirelli tests
The 23-year-old Englishman completed 104 laps: tomorrow he will hand over the wheel of the RS18 to Artem Markelov
Intense day of work for Renault under the Suzuka sun: as scheduled, the French team remained in Japan to complete the two days of Pirelli testing. The "owners" Nico Hulkenberg and Carlos Sainz were exempted from the commitment: the third driver Jack Aitken took to the track today, while tomorrow it will be the turn of Artem Markelov (current Renault development driver).
