Formula 1 | German GP, qualifying highlights [VIDEO]
Hamilton and Verstappen will start from the front row, Leclerc only tenth
We bring you the highlights of the three qualifying sessions valid for the German Grand Prix, the eleventh round of this 2019 Formula 1 World Championship.
Lewis Hamilton, we remember, took pole position on the Hockenheim track, edging out three tenths of a second from the surprising Max Verstappen, ever closer to the Mercedes, and almost half a second from his teammate, Valtteri Bottas. A highly desired statement, especially after the difficulties faced during Friday's free practice.
Fourth place for Pierre Gasly, followed by a super Kimi Raikkonen, very good at maximizing the potential of the C38, Romain Grosjean and Carlos Sainz. Sergio Perez, Nico Hulkenberg and Charles Leclerc complete the top ten, the latter slowed down by a problem with the SF90's fuel system.
