Vettel snatches pole from Hamilton, Bottas only fifth

We bring you the highlights of the qualifications valid for the Canadian Grand Prix, the seventh round of this 2019 Formula 1 world championship. Sebastian Vettel, we remember, made the most of the potential of the SF90, winning the first pole position of this championship on the Canadian track. An important result, strongly sought after, which will allow the four-time world champion to open the proceedings for today's race.
Second position for Lewis Hamilton, very good at maximizing the performance of the W10, followed by the other Ferrari, that of Charles Leclerc, and sensationally by Daniel Ricciardo's Renault, the real MVP of the day together with the German from Ferrari. Bottas was only sixth, while Verstappen did not go beyond eleventh position.
