Formula 1 | Force India and Rich Energy close to agreement: is the era of Vijay Mallya over?

Discussions continue between Rich Energy and Vijay Mallya for the transfer of ownership of Force India. According to what the Daily Express reports, in fact, the negotiation would have been brought on the right track and the final approval could already arrive over the next weekend, effectively sanctioning the farewell of Vijay Mallya from the Formula One circus. Rich Energy, we recall, would have allocated a budget of 200 million for the acquisition of the Indian team of pounds.

Here are the words released by Williams Storey, founder and director of Rich Energy: "Formula 1 is the perfect platform for the brand. The sport is all about speed and glamour. It works for Red Bull and so I don't understand why it shouldn't do the same for us."
