There could be Stefano Domenicali in Ferrari's future. According to what was reported by Corriere del Sport today, in fact, John Elkann would be thinking of the current CEO and President of Lamborghini for the future of the Scuderia, with the latter taking the place of Louis Camilleri, who is increasingly distant from confirmation in the role of CEO.

Despite the promotion received after the death of Sergio Marchionne, the Maltese manager would not be respecting the predictions of the day before, with the Red team being far from the pre-established objectives regarding the stock market title. A situation that the President cannot accept, especially in view of a season that is about to open and a negotiation with Liberty Media that will lay the foundations for 2021.

John Elkann's idea, precisely in this sense, would be to bring Stefano Domenicali back to base, a profound connoisseur of the Ferrari environment and everything that revolves around the world of Formula 1.
