Formula 1 | Ferrari, Binotto: “Montreal important, but not decisive”

Caution at Ferrari for the next Canadian Grand Prix, the ninth round of the 2022 Formula 1 world championship. Despite the disastrous epilogue of the last trip to Baku, with Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz retiring due to technical problems on the F1-75s, the team principal Mattia Binotto preferred not to raise the pressure too much inside the garage in Red, specifying how every single member of the Scuderia is doing their utmost to bring the car back to the "granite" performance and reliability of the beginning of the season.

“The next Canadian Grand Prix will be important, also in light of what happened in Baku, but not decisive for the continuation of the season,” said the Ferrari Team Principal. “The championship is long and anything can still happen. The team is focusing on one objective, which is to return to maximizing the potential of our car. At this moment it is important to think from race to race."
