Formula 1 | Bruno Senna believes in Ferrari: "The first race does not represent the true progress of the championship"

In a chat given to the Brazilian networks, Bruno Senna commented on Ferrari's performance on the Albert Park track, underlining how the Ferrari will certainly be able to redeem itself in Bahrain, an event scheduled for next week.

According to what the former green-gold driver declared, Vettel and Leclerc were unable to make the most of the SF90 on an absolutely unique track within the championship, an aspect that compromises nothing in terms of ambitions and objectives. Senna, in fact, believes that Ferrari will forcefully return to the top in Bahrain and that they will compete for the top of the standings with Mercedes.

“The Ferrari is a good car, but the Mercedes seems stronger,” Senna agreed. “The first race does not represent the real progress of the championship. It was a sad outing for the Red, but the Australian track is particularly unique and perhaps not that significant in assessing the overall level of a car. I am sure that Ferrari will be able to do more in Bahrain."
