Formula 1 | Binotto: “The 2022 car project is at an advanced stage”

Interviewed by the official Formula 1 website, Mattia Binotto spoke about the development that the Red team is carrying out on the car that will take to the track starting from the 2022 season, specifying how the works in the factory have reached a very advanced stage.

Despite the complexity of the project and the many regulatory changes, especially from an aerodynamic point of view, the Scuderia is paying maximum attention to the new single-seater, given that after the disappointments of the last two championships, not even the slightest margin of error is allowed.

“The project for next year's car is progressing quite quickly,” said the Ferrari Team Principal. “Usually in this period the geometry of the chassis and the entire concept of the car freeze, as well as the layout of the suspension and cooling.”
