Formula 1 | McLaren is also working to bring updates to Barcelona

McLaren, like almost all the teams, will bring important updates in view of the Barcelona race. The Woking team comes out of a double zero, that of Miami, following Norris' podium in Imola. A series of performance ups and downs for the English, who want to get back on the right path starting from the next Spanish Grand Prix.

“Although the result in Miami was not the one hoped for, the team is now focused on Barcelona and the back to back that awaits us – said Andreas Seidl, McLaren team principal. The Spanish track is a nice mix of high and low speed corners, with technically difficult areas. We have achieved good results here in recent years, we will try to do the same next weekend too. We are bringing updates for this weekend: I know it's the same for many teams, so the fight for the points continues to be tight. We performed well on this track in the winter tests, it will be interesting to see how it will be after the upgrades brought since then. We hope to have some good battles and have both teams back in the points."
