If your passion is Formula 1 and being able to work in it has always been your dream, this is the best opportunity to make it come true! Always there Scuderia Alpha Tauri invests in professional growth, technological innovation and the research and development of the best young talents: it does this on the track, bringing F1 the pilots of Red Bull Junior Team, but also in the factory, with young professionals selected and trained through the exclusive Formula Future 2021 program. This is an advanced training course that allows you not to stay "in the pits" after your studies and instead become an active part of this sport, entering from the main lane, the one that leads "to the track"!

High school graduates, graduates and undergraduates can apply, mainly in technical-scientific areas. Future Formula provides, after an initial recruitment phase, a High Training Program within our factory in Faenza: you will have the opportunity to be supported in the classroom and within the various departments of the Team, by established professionals of the Scuderia Alpha Tauri.

At the end of this first part of the program, the actual work experience begins which will see you be an active part of the creation and management of the single-seater until 2022. Many in recent years, thanks to this Higher Training Program, have then who became a permanent part of our team, effectively starting a career in formula 1.
