A key and important figure, capable of driving the entire team thanks to his own strength, which in some ways reminds him of that of Flavio Briatore and Renault.

“Flavio, like Lawrence currently, was a very charismatic character within the team and I would add a real leader,” said the Iberian. “You need a special character to make people listen to you and respect you. In all sincerity, I believe that only Flavio and Lawrence have the ability to bring such leadership to the people who work within the team. In this they are very similar."
