Formula 1 | Alonso: “Continue in F1? As long as I'm having fun, yes."

Fernando Alonso doesn't have the slightest intention of hanging up his helmet, at least in the near future. In an interview granted to Soymotor, the Alpine representative admitted that he still feels like a "kid" behind the wheel of modern F1 cars, specifying how this new experience in Alpine, a team that has "hosted" him several times during his career, makes him is helping to enjoy not only the world of Formula 1, but also various off-track activities launched in recent years. An experience that is entertaining him like it hasn't happened for some time.

“To be honest when I shave and look in the mirror I still look like a kid,” the two-time World Champion joked to the Spanish press. “I want to continue in Formula 1 as long as I enjoy it. I have no intention of quitting as long as my fitness allows me to compete at a high level. To date I'm having fun, as well as enjoying the activities I carry out off the track. In the past I wouldn't have done all this and this is pushing me to give my best in this new experience in Alpine."
