Force India, Perez: “It's a shame I wasn't able to test”
No FP2 for the Mexican due to the car being too damaged by Juncadella's crash
Brazilian Friday could have gone much better Force India struggling with tires and struggling with an exit that caused quite a bit of damage.
“Most of the forecasts called for rain and instead today it was sunny and very hot, with even 58°C on the asphalt which made it difficult to manage the tires – he revealed Nico Hulkenberg, 13° – Before making decisions on the approach to use we will therefore have to analyze the situation carefully”.
“It was frustrating not to be able to shoot today but these things happen – he declared Perez – At this point FP3 will become even more crucial, so I hope to be able to be fast straight away"
“Unfortunately my session didn't last long due to an accident – he explained Daniel Juncadella , 16th – I went wide, ending up on the curb and then straight into the protections, ruining the entire front part. I'm very sorry for the team and for Sergio who couldn't get on track as a result."
