Force India, Perez raises the bar: "In 2017 we can finish in the top three"

A boundless ambition, one of the strong points of a combative and hungry driver like Sergio Perez. On the other hand, the Mexican has brought Force India to the podium four times in the last three years, twice (Monte Carlo and Baku) in the season just concluded, the best for the Anglo-Indian team since he has been in F1.

Force India is one of the teams that must always be kept an eye on, because it is among the few capable of combining limited economic resources with good results, always producing extremely interesting cars from the Silverstone factory. Strengthened by the Mercedes engine and a now efficient organisation, Perez is not afraid of raising the bar in view of 2017, seeing the regulatory revolution as a great opportunity to amaze.

“Next year we can do great things - the words of “Checo” as we read on Motorsport - The regulation change is our great opportunity, we will try to finish in the top three in the Constructors' Championship. Every year we have always made progress, the team has so much potential, there are prepared people. I also think that the economic resources available are enough to allow us to improve further. Obviously we don't have the budget of the top teams, but I see excellent potential. If we do the right things we could seriously finish in the top three."
