Fisichella involved in a road accident

Giancarlo Fisichella was involved in a minor road accident. According to Italian sources, Fisichella, winner of 3 GPs and now a test driver for Ferrari, rear-ended a small car driven by a 52-year-old lady in Campagnano, north of Rome.

Fisico, however, was behind the wheel of a Ferrari. The lady was taken to hospital and discharged after quick checks. Fisichella told Polstrada that he had come across a long queue caused by roadworks, and that he was unable to stop in time.
In 2005, when the Roman driver was caught going at 148 km/h on a road where the maximum limit was 60, he explained that he was rushing home because his son had a high fever.
