Ferrari, Vettel: “In the heat we can do more than in Shanghai”

The Sakhir track could dye yourself red. Despite Hamilton's victory in China and Rosberg's second place, Mercedes could suffer in Sakhir due to the heat which, however, in Malaysia, proved to be a boon for Ferrari and for Sebastian Vettel who took his first victory with Prancing Horse: “Certainly in conditions of high temperatures, we can do something more compared to Shanghai,” the Ferrari German confided to the SID news agency.

The current Formula 1 World Champions have difficulty when it comes to tire management when the temperature rises. An engineer from the Brackley team, listened to by his colleagues at Auto Motor und Sport, confided that Mercedes would be very worried about the next races of Bahrain and Spain, rumors which were also confirmed in the words of Toto Wolff: "Ferrari will be a danger for us on every track where there is the possibility of using different strategies precisely for kindness with which their car treats the tires,” he concluded.
