Ferrari: A troubled second free practice session in Bahrain

Ferrari – The sunset marks the start of the second free practice session of the Bahrain Grand Prix, the first taste of what will be the conditions in which the race will take place on Sunday. Artificial lighting and lower temperatures for the ninety minutes that close the opening day of the Arab weekend, with a ranking still dominated by the Mercedes of Nico Rosberg (1.31.001) and Lewis Hamilton (1.31.242). Fifth and sixth fastest times for the SF16-H Kimi Raikkonen (1.32.452) and Sebastian Vettel (1.32.650), engaged in set-up and tire tests with different petrol loads. Soft-Supersoft is the compound sequence for both Ferrari drivers. However, neither of them managed to fully exploit the softer compound, due to traffic problems on the track and, in Vettel's case, a small driving error. Sebastian himself was then forced to end his test about fifteen minutes from the end due to a wheel problem, when he had already completed five laps.
