Ferrari, news on the wall: Fry and Martin in place of Dyer

Luca di Montezemolo and Stefano Domenicali had anticipated it before Christmas: no revolutions but adjustments aimed at making the team's work more effective, on the track and in the factory. These words, pronounced during the exchange of greetings with Italian and foreign journalists, were followed today by facts.

A highly skilled technician such as Neil Martin joins the team of Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, taking on the role of manager of the new Operations Strategy Development department. Martin – 38 years old, English, with a past at Red Bull and, before that, at McLaren – reports directly to Technical Director Aldo Costa.

At the same time, Costa's deputy, Pat Fry, also adds to his skills the role of head of runway engineering, until yesterday occupied by Chris Dyer, whose position within the company will be redefined in the coming days.
