di StaffApril 27, 2012
James Key could be the next engineer to arrive at Ferrari. According to the latest rumors, the Maranello team has expressed its interest in the 40-year-old Briton.
Key worked for Jordan and Force India before joining Sauber in 2010 where he held the role of technical director until earlier this year. Key was also head of the team behind the stunning 31 Sauber C2012, and there have recently been rumors of his involvement in Lotus' sports car programme.
Ferrari would also be interested in Key for his experience with the integration of Ferrari engines and gearboxes.
However, Luca Colajanni, head of the Ferrari press office, denied: "Nothing, nada, nothing!".
